St Helena Hospice Wills Month returns this June and three local solicitors are waiving their usual fees to write or amend your Will and will instead ask for a suggested donation to the hospice.
Thanks to Birkett Long, John Fowlers Solicitors, and Fisher Jones Greenwood, all the money raised from Wills Month will go towards ensuring more local people receive the comfort, dignity and compassion they deserve, right to the end of life.
Having a Will is really important, whatever your age or circumstances - so if you haven’t made your Will yet, June is the perfect time to do so.
Making a will can allow you to ensure your affairs are in order, final wishes are met and your loved ones are looked after in the future and it may reduce inheritance tax.
All the money raised from Wills Month goes towards helping St Helena Hospice to be here every step of the way for everyone who needs us, helping life to go on in the face of dying, death and bereavement.
If you have any questions regarding Wills Month, please contact the fundraising team on 01206 941 468 or email fundraising@sthelena.org.uk
Our lives are all made up of stories we cherish and that make us who we are. A gift in your Will can help give hope and comfort to another person’s story. Every gift pledged in a Will, large or small, will help St Helena Hospice to be here for future generations that follow in our footsteps.
When the time is right for you to remember a charity in your Will, please remember St Helena Hospice.

Read stories DonateWhen you make a donation to St Helena Hospice, we are charged transactional fees by other companies, including fees for processing payments made to us, looking up addresses and validating bank account details.
We are very grateful to our donors who offer to offset some of these fees with a minor addition to their total amount. This is however completely optional and we are very grateful for your support whether or not you choose to contribute to processing fees.
CloseWe are able to claim an extra 25p on every £1 on your donation amount for no extra cost to you, as long as you are a UK tax payer; have paid enough income tax or capital gains tax in that tax year; and are donating your own money. For more information about Gift Aid, please visit www.gov.uk
